Abstract Intuition is one of the characteristics of entrepreneurs and an important factor in the decision-making processes of entrepreneurs. In recent years, at the same time as the development of entrepreneurship as an interdisciplinary science, intuition and providing different definitions of it have not been noticed by researchers and researchers in this field, and many researches have not been written in this field. This is despite the fact that in other fields of humanities, especially management (with which entrepreneurship is closely related), basic sciences and even medical sciences, there is a suitable background and theoretical literature about this. On the other hand, it seems that the theoretical and epistemological foundations of this concept have not been researched as much as necessary in the few researches that have been conducted, and very little research has been done in this field. In this article, firstly, the definitions and researches about intuition are reviewed, and secondly, the little researches that have been done in entrepreneurship and its relationship with other sciences are discussed.

Introduction: Academic faculty members need to emphasize ethical principles in order to improve higher education, with the understanding of this importance, the current research was conducted with the aim of designing the ethical model of academic faculty members in Iran's higher education. Material & Methods: This research is a type of qualitative study that uses foundational data theory. The participants, including experts and faculty members of the country's public universities, who were responsible for the promotion of academic members, were selected as key informants through a targeted sampling method of 45 people. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The reliability and validity of the data were obtained from the two methods of reviewing the participants and recoding by experts. Data were analyzed by open, central and selective coding. Results: The results showed that the moral model of faculty members in Iran's higher education is explained in 10 main categories and 27 subcategories. Major and core categories in the form of 6 dimensions of causal conditions including (individual factors, organizational factors), core (cultural-educational, educational ethics, research ethics, scientific-executive), background conditions (higher education policies, moral activism), intervening conditions (environmental factors), strategies (micro level-university, macro level-higher education) and consequences (individual and organizational) were elevated to a higher abstract level and finally the research paradigm model was presented. Conclusion: The regulations for the promotion of academic staff members in Iran require a detailed revision of the content with an ethical and qualitative approach in order to make the indicators of the promotion regulations efficient and effective.

John Dewey's attitude in ethics is called instrumentalism, which is a kind of pragmatism. In his view, moral principles and criterions are not rules but 'general ideas' acquired through experience. These ideas are in fact instruments or devices for dealing with new situations. Dewey considers thinking as a tool for transition from a given ambiguous situation to a better one. Such a pragmatistic attitude presupposes the conditions of ensuring value judgments in the very behavior of human beings, rather than in a fixed prior authority such as divine commands or platonic ideas or pure intellect. Dewey's view, suggesting the rejection of ethical ideals, can be challenged. He holds that knowledge is relative; as a result, the society which is democratically moral loses its rational foundation.

The rationalist approach has been dominated on the education environment of values for many years. Unilateral and excessive focus on this approach has revealed ignorance of a vast part of human implicit learning and his intuitive ethical judgments which have been the source of many ethical behaviors. The study intends to answer the question that why only direct and deductive educations about values cannot guarantee ethical realization in the educators’ behavior. It seems that direct and theological education of values is not the only source of human ethical learning, but a great deal of human learnings are happened implicitly and in the form of real experiences. To analyze this hypothesis, new viewpoints about implicit, practical and intuitive understanding learning types have been investigated and proved in that human ethical learnings are occurred in two direct and implicit ways while despite of cooperation of these two methods, the majority of our judgments and ethical actions are happened intuitively. At the end, some suggestions on ethical education programs have been proposed to have more efficiency.

Background and Aim: The Agriculture Agreement, as one of the important parts of the World Trade Organization, has an important role in accessing free markets and promoting public health, nutrition and environmental health. The present study aimed to explain the position of ethical rules in this agreement. Materials and Methods: This qualitative study was done through document analysis and explains the approach and position of ethical rules reflected in the WTO Agreement on Agriculture. Findings: Research activities, training, auditing, marketing services and promoting environmental programs, disease control, public storage for food security, domestic food aid, direct payments to producers, government's financial participation in the programs related to income assurance and insurance and payment for natural disasters, implies an ethical approach to the agreement. Justice, fairness and non-discrimination, honesty and non-deception, adherence to commitments, attention to public health and environmental protection are the most important ethical principles and rules in the agricultural agreement. Conclusion: According to the provisions of the Covenant of Agriculture, ethical principles such as justice and fairness, as well as environmental protection, can create favorable conditions for developing countries including the country, to avoid economic isolation and ensure their economic connections in the agricultural fields and food security of the community.

Introduction: Ethical leadership is leadership focused on appropriate behavior through respect for ethics and values, as well as the rights and dignity of others. Ethical leadership can add value to businesses by motivating employees and fulfilling company values. Therefore, the present research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the relationship between ethical leadership and cooperative social responsibility and the moral climate of the organization. Material & Methods: The current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and correlational in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of this research included all employees of Management and Science University (MSU) in Malaysia. Among them, 200 people were selected as the research sample using a simple random sampling method. A standard questionnaire was used to collect data. The data was analyzed by structural equation modeling method. Results: The results of statistical analysis showed that ethical leadership has a direct and positive effect on cooperative social responsibility and ethical climate. Also, moral climate has a direct and positive effect on cooperative social responsibility. At the same time, ethical leadership has an indirect and positive effect on cooperative social responsibility through the mediation of ethical climate. Conclusion: Ethical leadership can affect their social responsibility by inspiring employees to motivate and align with the company's values. The results of this research showed that ethical leadership leads to greater employee satisfaction and collaborative responsibility and leads to the formation of an ethical atmosphere in the organization

Introduction: Arbitration has a contractual nature and is subject to the sovereignty of the will of the parties, but in some cases, the legislator imposed the referral of claims to arbitration on the will of the parties and caused the contractual nature of the arbitration clause to disappear or be limited. By doing this, he has placed the arbitration outside the will of the parties. This issue causes some moral conflicts in the discussion of compulsory arbitration. Therefore, this research has been done with the purpose of examining the position of compulsory arbitration in Iran's legal system and the ethical challenges in it with a descriptive-analytical approach. Material and Methods: The research was a review method, in order to achieve the goal of the research, in addition to electronic education books and virtual education in this field, articles related to the research keywords from 2004 to 2022 from the databases of Civilica, Magiran, Sid, Researchgate, Science direct, was reviewed Conclusion: Based on the findings of the research, it can be concluded that compulsory arbitration in Iran has ethical challenges in the field of implementation and interpretation, the most important of which is the issue of the right to action and judicial justice. In the context of ambiguities in mandatory arbitration, even if the method of arbitration becomes ambiguous, the arbitrator has the duty to find out the will of the legislator with the principles and rules of interpretation, which creates a moral conflict for the arbitrator.

The present study intends to provide answer for the question that whether legislators are able to enter ethics to the realm of law and establish ethical teachings in a law framework when legislating the laws and regulations related to families. Answering this question depends on illustrating the ethics-centered necessity in the field of family based on specific features of family and also clarifying the concepts of ethics and rights as well as the distinctions between both of them. As a result of specific features of families such as having family privacy and being emotional, the legal guarantees of this field lack the desired function and protecting the foundation of the family depends on moral-based behavior of the members. On the other hand, according to the fact that one of the characteristics of legal regulations is legal sanction, legislator cannot directly approve ethical teachings in a legal framework. Therefore, the legislator has adopted prediction of the judgment institution and development of supplementary rules as two major strategies to include ethics in the legal structure of family.
